Your
complete satisfaction is our aim. When
you receive your ordered rug(s) from Nepal Looms and not satisfied with the
quality, colors, design and want to return us within three days then email
us you’re your dissatisfaction, we will reply you where the rejected
rug(s) should be sent. You have to pay the shipping and handling charges in
the time of return. We
will gladly re-weave your rug again and will send you within appropriate
delivery time as we commit in our delivery time section for the fresh order. We
have an exchange policy for our regular customers. If you are fade up with
the old rug(s) that was purchased from us and want new rugs in different
design, colors, size within five years, we will charge you 50% price for the
new order if you return us the old rug(s). |
